1.  The turnover on the first season in this year is the double of the same season in last year.

建議改為：

The turnover for the first season this year doubles that of the same period last year.

說明：

a. 介係詞on，請改用for

b. this year 即可，它之前可不需再加介係詞；若有明確的年份才是用：in 19xx 或in the year of 19xx

c. last year即可，它之前可不需再加介係詞

d. 改用the same period (同期)會好過the same season，以免重複使用season

2.  Our salary is increaced 150 percentage to compare with ten years ago.

建議改為：

若是指指「增加成為十年前的150%」:

Our salary is increased to 150 percent, compared to that of ten years ago.

或

Our salary is increased to 150 percent, compared with that of 19xx.

若是「比十年前增加150%」:

Our salary is increased by 150 percent, compared to that of ten years ago.

或

Our salary is increased by 150 percent, compared with that of 19xx.

或

Our salary is increased by 150 percent in comparison to that of ten years ago.

說明：

a. increased 才是正確的拼字

b. 增加成為多少個「百分比」的百分比，請用percent

c. 和甚麼相比較，慣用語為compared to 或compared with 或 in comparison to (依句構不同如上述)
